Registration and payment

A place is confirmed only after written confirmation and satisfaction of the applicable payment or claim documentation requirements.

Changes and cancellation

Published dates, venues, trainers and delivery modes may change. Course-specific cancellation, substitution and refund conditions will be stated in the quotation or registration confirmation.
